• Delivery times vary by location; CanadianFootBabe is not responsible for customs delays or import fees.

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

 

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final.

• Due to the intimate nature of products, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

• Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or error on our part.

 

Custom Requests

• Custom content, stories, or items are created based on the details provided by the customer.

• Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

• CanadianFootBabe reserves the right to decline custom requests that are not feasible or violate site policies.

 

Membership & Subscriptions

• Members-only content is restricted to paying subscribers.

• Access continues until canceled by the subscriber.

• Refunds are not offered for unused subscription time once payment has been processed.
